Searching for a good roofer can be very stressful, trying to find good work, service and price, but Discounted Roofing made it easier. From the first phone call with Joe, the owner, he made me feel comfortable and took me step by step in the process and met all my needs. So far, so good Given past experiences with unscrupulous companies, I REALLY dreaded the process of finding a roofer, but knew that the longer I waited, the greater the chance for significant damage to occur.  After spending numerous hours doing research and asking around, I narrowed my search to 3-4 possibilities.  Discounted Roofing’s prices were comparable to others but I was most impressed by Joe’s drive and personality, which put my mind at ease.  He responded quickly to calls, explained the work that he would do and seemed to take great pride in his work and experience (a rarity these days).  He completed my roof before an impending storm (heavy rains on 1/9 ) and called the day after the storm to check and see if I had any leaks (I did not).  The work looked amazing and I don’t anticipate any problems, but am hopeful that if I do, Joe will address them with the same drive and integrity that he’s shown thus far. **UPDATE***Six months and several storms later, no problems with roof! My initial 4 star rating was due to past experiences with problems popping up AFTER having given great reviews.  Happy to say, NOT THIS TIME! Great communication, efficient, incredibly fair pricing. Discounted roofing team replaced my roof and skylight a few months ago and I've had zero issues since with leaks or anything. Owner sent before and after pics - clean job, nothing left behind. I received a few different quotes, from both small and larger operations, and Joe came back with the best price and was also the most responsive from scheduling the estimate to after the job was done.
